Samy spent more than 24 years in Egypt working for a number of consulting civil and structural engineering practices, he was supervising of Civil and Electromechanical works for many companies in Egypt like:

• Epci ( HIKMA )Company.
• Cephalosporin Area of Epci co.
• Al Andalous Pharmaceutical co.
• Approval conceptual design for hormone factory from Germany
Samy has been responsible for managing IMAC team.
Dr. Ahmed El Sawah

SAWAH Consulting was founded with the concept of making alliance and deal making in the pharmaceutical industry an attainable objective to all stakeholders in the MENA region.
Concluded milestone strategic alliances with major multinational companies like Pfizer, Roche, Glaxo, Novartis, Lilly, Merck, BMS and others including second trade mark licensing, JVs, 3rd party promotion, divestment, and acquisition.
Extensively interacted with major multinational consultancy firms like Mckinzey, ML, Bain and Co, BCG, Camelot, Ronald Berger, and others.
Represented Spimaco as the majority shareholder in establishing the first multipurpose API manufacturing facility in the MENA region.
Worked for Lundbeck as GM for Egypt and Saudi Arabia from 2002 to 2006, registering and launching its major antidepressant, Cipralex.
He has now started his own private business in the Middle East based in both Riyadh and Cairo, as founder and CEO of SAWAH Consulting.
SAWAH Consulting is now an official subcontractor to Mckinsey for major joint projects implementation
Ph.Dr. Sherien Mohamed Al-Kady

Sherien has a long experience in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing, he is working in this field since 1965 and got through it a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1983, his career was an eventful and includes a variety of positions in pharmaceutical factories until he reached the position of Director of the factory plant in October Pharma during the period from 1989 to 1996, then Managing Director of the 10th of Ramadan for medicine during the period from 1996 to 2001, then Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Company for Pharmaceutical during the period from 2001 till now.
This long experience earned him many of the technical skills, administrative, financial, dealing with global companies and the establishment of factories and development.

Ph.Dr. Ahmed A Aboelwafa 
Consultant
Ahmed is associate professor at Department of Pharmaceutics and Industrial Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University. He is also a co-founder and technical director in Pharma Solutions contract research organization. He has received his PhD in pharmaceutics in 2007. He was a member in the scientific committee for the evaluation of stability studies in center administration for pharmaceutical affairs (CAPA) from 2007 till 2012. Participated in the establishment of the first guidelines for the evaluation of stability studies in Egypt. He is also a technical consultant to number of pharmaceutical companies
